The Governor is expected to relax the stay-at-home order in North Carolina this Friday, but wearing a facemask when in public areas will remain a recommendation. At Wake Internal Medicine, we are asking all of our patients to please wear a mask or face covering when coming to the practice. Also, our preference is that you do not have anyone come into the office with you, but if you must have someone accompany you, please have them wear a mask or face covering as well. These measures will help reduce the chances of any cross-contamination among patients and staff. Having your own mask or face covering will also prevent us from having to exhaust our limited supply of protective equipment.
We remain vigilant with our cleanliness measures throughout the building so that you can feel safe when seeing your provider.
