Staff members were very helpful and respectful, they were not a long waiting time, they have different departments in the same facility, x-Ray, lab and everything you need to get done, we get it right there without having to run to different facilities to anything. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr Shah and her staff were amazing! Her medical assistant called me back immediately after I checked in. The triage process was smooth and Dr Shah was in the room within minutes. She is so wonderful! Dr. Levin is an excellent doctor, he takes so much care with my 84 year old mother. My only complaint with the practice is that no one will answer the phone!! You can communicate with the practice via text (from their website), which is fine for me - but it means my non-technical mom can not contact them directly; I have to do it, which is sometimes inefficient.

My doctor at Wake Internal Medicine is Dr Stuart Levin. He is everything you would hope your primary physician could be…..attentive, concerned, knowledgeable. He listens and remembers what the results were from previous visits. I would highly recommend Dr Levin. His staff is great, too.

Dr. C is a breath of fresh air as a rheumatologist. He's always looking out for his patients in every aspect of care, including financial. He won't order up unnecessary X-rays, for example.
I've had that happen. Four hundred dollars later, I felt like that other provider should've at the very least given me a heads up concerning the cost. Dr. C has that respect to inform his patients about such things.

I've been a patient of Rodger Israel, MD for a long time and he is wonderful! His assistant is kind also. Dr. Israel listens, explains and does not rush you. He's about the patient and not trying to get your money. The staff at check in are very nice also. Wake Internal Medicine Consultants is a good place to go for your medical needs. 5 stars

Spectacular initial visit to new internist as moved to the area. Did online research and could not be more pleased with Dr. Monteiro and the whole team. On-time, professional, thorough. Lab work done on 1st floor - also super efficient. Was able to fairly easily download lab report from the portal. Only issue was filling out all sorts of 'pre-forms'; then seems data doesn't transfer so answering same questions again. Also nice if can more readily reach someone for rescheduling - one 'speed dial' # for appointments, or online perhaps. All and all thrilled and comforted to have great care. Thank you!

I was surprised that my annual bloodwork did not include any testing for Vitamin D - especially given my "mature" age, my history of low Vitamin D, and the fact that data shows how absolutely critical this vitamin is for the immune system, bone health, brain health, and pretty much basic and optimal functioning of the human body across multiple systems. It is a major omission for any healthcare provider to neglect this. My insurance covers it - and even if it didn't, the provider should still be on top of Vitamin D and asking if the patient would like to pay out of pocket for it. Edited to add: I know clinical guidelines don't REQUIRE it but they do recommend it when there are symptoms or risk and my case includes both.

My appointments have primarily been with PAs Matt Schwanke and now Kiera Quinn and I would recommend them both. The new facility is nice and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. My experience continues to be good, I now have also worked with Kyle Lambert. The team is also quite responsive through the patient portal.
