Patient Testimonials
And he takes time to answer all of my
Questions and address my concerns
I made the long drive recently, only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the provider no longer comes into the clinic those days. I would have happily rescheduled knowing that, if anyone would have told me that was the case.
Even after showing up and being told that my appointment was canceled, I thought “it happens, someone forgot to notify me. let’s work through it.”
Instead, the staff at the front kept changing their story when I asked them why I wasn’t notified. First, they said “oh Dr. Fletcher doesn’t come in those days.” I then told them that my PCP is Dr. Jariwala. They then told me that “oh we canceled because you came in for your physical last week.” I informed them that that was not the case either. Their response, “oh that was last year.” They finally said, “well we texted you, called you, and emailed you.” I asked what dates and what was the email and phone number that contacted me. She began to look this up, and I’m guessing that’s when she realized someone dropped the ball. She then began backtracking. Refused to answer my question and instead began rescheduling.
No apology and zero accountability taken. I’m sure someone will contact me after this and say “sorry for your experience…” but after reading some other reviews, this does not look like a one-off and it seems to be an unaddressed, ongoing issue.
After this experience, I will finally look for a PCP closer to home. The one reason that kept me coming back (besides my awesome provider) is gone.
That includes receptions staff, nurses, radiology, LAB services all were very professional and ready to address every concern. Additionally the entire facility looked inviting, clean with proper snow removal at the outdoor parking.
Best of all, the doctor called me within hour to follow up and to inform me of blood test results.
I am very pleased and recommend wake internal to everyone.
